In short: InferenceVideo is free and you bring your own provider keys. We store your sign-in details and the projects you create. Your API keys are encrypted and used only to make your videos — and only saved if you choose. Your briefs are sent to the AI providers whose keys you supply, so you can generate a video. Your videos are yours. Don't use the tool to make illegal or harmful content.

1. What InferenceVideo is

InferenceVideo is an AI-native video studio — a nosource product by Webspinner, provided free of charge. It is "bring your own tokens" (BYOT): you connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI, and ElevenLabs API keys, and your usage is billed by those providers directly to you. We charge nothing.

2. Your account and what we store

When you sign in with Google, we receive and store your name, email address, and avatar to create your account. We store the projects you make (your briefs, generated scripts/drafts, and lightweight render metadata). We keep basic technical records — timestamps and IP address — for security and abuse prevention, and we record the date, time, account, and email when you accept this policy, for our mutual reference.

3. Your API keys (BYOT)

Your provider API keys are used only to run your renders. If you choose "keep keys for this session only," they are held in memory for that session and never written to disk. If you choose to save them, they are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and decrypted only in-process to run your job — they are never displayed back to you or shared. You can switch back to session-only or clear saved keys at any time.

4. Third-party AI providers

To generate a video, your brief and related inputs are sent — using your keys — to the providers you connect: Anthropic (script), OpenAI (imagery), and ElevenLabs (narration). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies, and any charges are between you and them. We do not use your content to train models.

5. Your content

You own the briefs you write and the videos you create. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you provide or upload, and for how you use what you make.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use InferenceVideo to create content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive (e.g. impersonation or misleading "deepfakes" of real people), hateful, harassing, or otherwise harmful, and don't violate the AI providers' usage policies. We may suspend access for abuse.

7. Data retention and deletion

Your account and projects persist until you ask us to delete them. Contact us to delete your account and associated data. Session-only keys are discarded when your session ends.

8. Security

The service runs on private infrastructure with no open inbound ports, fronted by an encrypted tunnel; saved keys are encrypted at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Disclaimers and liability

InferenceVideo is provided free and "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for provider charges you incur, for service interruptions, or for content generated using the tool, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When it changes materially, the version is updated and you'll be asked to review and accept the new version before continuing.
